Senior Designer:

Require an advanced degree in interior design/architecture with strong creative skills and knowledge in interior architecture, contract furniture and overall project budget. Require 8+ years of industry experience. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to contribute in a teaming environment. Must be capable of producing and directing design concepts and presentations. Require advanced working knowledge in the following computer programs: AutoCAD 2012, 2016, Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator, Indesign, Microsoft Office 2013+ (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).  

 

Intermediate Designer:

Require advanced degree in interior design/architecture and require 3-5 years of industry experience. Must have good corporate interior design background including FF&E with with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to contribute in a teaming environment. Require advanced working knowledge in the following computer programs: AutoCAD 2012, 2016+, , Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator, Indesign, Microsoft Office 2013+ (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).  

Project Manager:

Require an advanced degree in interior design/architecture with strong skills and knowledge in interior architecture, contract furniture and project management/administration. Must have excellent team building skills and have demonstrated knowledge of interior project process and management. Require minimum of 8 years of industry experience. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be capable of overseeing the producing and directing of design/presentations, Construction Documents and overall project management. Require advanced working knowledge in the following computer programs: AutoCAD 2012, 2016+, Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator, Indesign, Microsoft Office 2013+ (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).  

 

Project Architect:

 

Require an advanced degree in interior design/architecture with strong creative skills and knowledge in interior architecture, contract documents, project management, construction administration and building department plan check/permit process. Require 8+ years of industry experience; licensed architect is a plus. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to contribute in a teaming environment and Construction Administration. Must be capable of producing Design Documents and Construction Documents together with appropriate budget and schedule. Require advanced working knowledge in the following computer programs: AutoCAD 2012, 2016+, Adobe Photo Shop and Illustrator, Indesign, Microsoft Office 2013+ (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
